CANCELLATION POLICY

After a period of 14 days from the date of signing the rental agreement, as compensation for loss of income for Outdoor Weddings the following charges apply as a percentage of the total wedding cost due. If the wedding is canceled 180 days or more in advance of the wedding date, 50% of total wedding cost is due. if canceled 89-120 days before the wedding date, 75%, of total wedding cost is due.  If canceled 90 days or less before the wedding date 100% of wedding cost is due. For whatever reason, should the cancelled wedding turn out to be a postponement, then, subject to availability, all money paid may be applied to the new wedding based upon availability.  If Outdoor Weddings is unavailable for your rescheduled date all monies are nonrefundable and payment of full amount of all wedding cost are due.  If Outdoor Weddings is able to rebook a wedding of equal or greater value, a full refund of your monies paid minus the non-refundable retaining deposit fee shall be made.  Cancellation requests must be made in writing.  Initial small deposit to hold your wedding date is refundable if requested within 14 days. $200 clean up deposit for non elopement packages is due 14 days before wedding and is returned to you if property is left clean
